How about you make some backgrounds? Call it a competition.
I'll send whichever one or ones makes me go "fuck, I wish wrote that and now I have to consciously avoid stealing it later"
If we end up with 36 that qualify for the "fuck, I wish etc." category I'll maybe do something extra for it, with permission.
Backgrounds should usually be no longer than 200 word and stick to 10 or so total Skill ranks distributed in a range of 1 to 3, with 3 being someone who has already mastered their trade. Feel free to break these rules.
